Terms of Service

By accessing or using Salonity Concierge ("Service"), a product of Salonity operated by SALONITY L.L.C., a Colorado limited liability company ("we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service. By using Salonity Concierge, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or your business.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

Salonity Concierge is an AI phone concierge for salons, set up per salon, including:

• Phone Concierge: Answers calls, books appointments and passes calls to a person when needed • Confirmations: Text booking confirmations • Owner Reports: Call recordings, transcripts, summaries and outcomes, call volume, and stylist and takings reports • Optional modules: Such as an in-salon booking kiosk, switched on per salon

We continuously improve and update the Service. Features may be added, modified, or removed. We will provide reasonable notice for significant changes that affect your use of the Service.

The Service is provided "as is" and we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

As a Salonity Concierge user, you agree to:

Account Security • Maintain accurate and complete account information • Keep your login credentials confidential • Notify us immediately of unauthorized access • Accept responsibility for all activity under your account

Acceptable Use • Use the Service only for lawful purposes • Not interfere with or disrupt the Service • Not attempt to access restricted areas or systems • Not use the Service to send spam or unsolicited messages • Not impersonate others or misrepresent your identity

Content • You retain ownership of content you upload • You grant us license to use content for Service operation • You are responsible for ensuring content legality • You must have rights to any client data you input

Client Data Compliance • Obtain proper consent for client data collection • Comply with applicable privacy laws (for example, getting consent before recording calls where the law requires it) • Use client data only for legitimate business purposes

Subscription Plans Independent stylists start from $149 per month. Salon plans are priced after a setup call. Pricing may change with notice to existing subscribers.

Billing • Subscriptions are billed in advance • Payment is processed through secure third-party providers • You authorize recurring charges for your subscription

Refunds • Refund requests: Contact we@salonity.pro

Failed Payments • Service may be suspended after repeated failures • We will notify you before any service suspension

Taxes Prices exclude applicable taxes. You are responsible for all taxes associated with your use of the Service.

By You You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

By Us We may suspend or terminate your access if you: • Violate these Terms • Fail to pay fees when due • Engage in fraudulent or illegal activity • Harm other users or our systems

Effect of Termination • Access to the Service will cease • Your data may be deleted after your account closes; ask us first if you need an export • Outstanding payment obligations remain due

Data Export Before termination, you may request export of your data in a standard format.

Disclaimer of Warranties THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Limitation of Liability TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SALONITY L.L.C. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR: • Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages • Loss of profits, revenue, or data • Business interruption • Damages exceeding amounts paid in the prior 12 months

Exceptions Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of implied warranties or exclusion of certain damages. In such cases, our liability is limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.

AI Accuracy While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated responses may contain errors. You are responsible for verifying critical information and maintaining backup communication methods.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SALONITY L.L.C. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Service • Your violation of these Terms • Your violation of any third-party rights • Content you submit to the Service • Your business operations conducted through the Service

We will notify you of any such claim and cooperate in the defense. You may not settle any claim without our prior written consent.

Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, USA, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

Dispute Resolution Before initiating formal proceedings, you agree to contact us at we@salonity.pro to attempt resolution. We will work in good faith to resolve disputes within 30 days.

Courts Any unresolved disputes shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Colorado.

Entire Agreement These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and SALONITY L.L.C.

Severability If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect.

Waiver Failure to enforce any right does not waive future enforcement.

Assignment You may not assign these Terms without our consent. We may assign our rights freely.

Force Majeure We are not liable for delays due to circumstances beyond our control.
