Who we are
Salonity Concierge is a product of Salonity (salonity.pro), operated by SALONITY L.L.C., a Colorado limited liability company formed in 2025.
It is live in production today at a busy Los Angeles salon, where it has answered, recorded, transcribed and summarized more than 870 calls for the owner, about 300 calls a month.
It answers every call, talks to clients in their own language, books the appointment, texts a confirmation, and passes the call to a person when it needs one, noting why. The owner can see every call, plus the busiest hours, each stylist's bookings and no-shows, and takings by day and stylist.
