Salonity Concierge records the calls it answers, so you should know exactly what we keep and who sees it. If you want more detail, ask us before you start.
What we keep
For each call: the recording, the transcript, a short summary and how the call ended. Plus the bookings made from it.
Who sees it
The salon owner sees every call from their own salon. Each salon's calls belong to that salon.
Set up with an engineer
Every salon is set up with an engineer, who switches on only the parts that salon wants.
Report a Vulnerability
If you find a security problem, we want to hear about it. Please tell us privately so we can fix it before it is made public.
