Salonity Concierge press kit
The basics, for anyone writing about us.
About Salonity Concierge
Salonity Concierge is an AI phone concierge for salons. It answers every call, talks to clients in their own language, books appointments, texts booking confirmations and passes a call to a person when needed, recording why. Owners see every call with its recording, transcript, summary and outcome. It is a product of Salonity (salonity.pro), operated by SALONITY L.L.C., a Colorado limited liability company formed in 2025. It is live in production at a busy Los Angeles salon, where it has handled more than 870 calls. Independent stylists can start from $149 a month; salon plans are priced after a setup call.
